Clack WS1.5P Water Softener Control Valve
The Clack WS1.5P is a 1.5-inch top-mount control valve designed for mid-size commercial and light-industrial water-treatment systems. Its body is molded from durable glass-filled composite, resisting corrosion while keeping the valve lightweight. An economical plastic meter assembly is available when budget or fluid chemistry rules out metal.
In operation, the WS1.5P delivers up to 60 gpm (227 lpm, 13.6 m³/h) of service flow and handles backwash rates to 43 gpm (163 lpm, 9.8 m³/h), giving ample headroom for softening, filtration, or process-water duties. The valve can be converted in the field between upflow and downflow brining, so installers can match any regeneration strategy without stocking separate models.
