At Robert B. Hill Co., we’ve been more than a water treatment provider since 1958. From the start, we’ve been a place where people grow, ideas thrive, and customers return. Not just for our product, but for our people.

Since the beginning, the company has been obsessed with providing the best product for our customers.
In fact, salt and water treatment was such an obsession for Robert, he spent countless hours to get the best water softeners and was so passionate about quality, he bought rail cars to carry the salt.
He brought that same dedication to his coworkers. The company provided profit sharing trust funds before 401(k)s ever existed. The Hill family proudly watched as their employees bought houses and started families in the area, providing competitive wages and an excellent place to work.
We continue this tradition today. We are relentless in our pursuit of the best technology and quality of products we sell. But we don’t stop there. We bring this dedication to our employees.
In 1958, Robert B. Hill began this company with a passion for doing the right thing for people, especially when it came to water. He and his family led this company with pride for decades and CEO Nick Bigelbach and the current staff carry this passion on today. While the Hill family passed the business on, his name and his values are still strong day-to-day.
